As you know I’ve just spent three days with the Ballard Shaw boys at the Homebuyers Show at Excel, Docklands. It was Andy’s car on the stand that attracted all the attention (see below) and I’ve just set him up with his own blog as he’s a great writer of articles about the property market.

Now this email niggled away at me for a few days because it was so sensible, well thought out and rational. But it just felt wrong somehow. Coaching antenna twitching all over the place. Then it came to me……….and this was my reply.
Dear All Some of David’s comments on investing money into new things, and having to do it small and slow at first, have been niggling away in the back of my mind for the last few days and today, a thought popped out which I wanted to share, and perhaps discuss.
What if you turned that conventional wisdom about staring businesses – as preached by the enterprise centres, many business books and advisors
- on it’s head and thought to yourself (e-myth style) …..
