Can you spare me three minutes?

I’m just back from the Wealth Creation weekend and I’m still reeling from listening to some totally amazing speakers, covering the Four Lanes of the Wealth Highway.

Property was inspiringly covered by Peter Stanley and Greg Ballard of Ballard Shaw, and the keynote speech by Gill Fielding moved many in the room to tears - being both touching and inspirational - me included!

Gill gave us all the chance of becoming a multi-millionaire over the weekend, if we all …..

…..put our hands up - which of course we did! - and then she handed out lottery tickets, which was somewhat disappointing!  She explained that we had a 1 in 14 million chance of winning the lottery and becoming a millionaire, but with £1.85 a week invested in the stockmarket or with certain types of property investment, we have a 100% chance of becoming a millionaire in our lifetime.

As I listened to the response from the audience, it struck me again how amazingly simple it is to build up financial security - leading to financial freedom - through property.  Someone mentioned the staggering statistic of how only 1% of the population will be retiring financially free and that breaks my heart because of how simple it really is to be one of that 1%.

Will you be?

I was wondering then, why is it that only 1% achieve this! Then it struck me, most people figure out how to achieve it in their lifetime but they don’t actually do it. They don’t achieve it, not because they don’t know HOW to do it, but because they don’t actually do it. They fully intend to, but somehow, they just don’t get round to it.

I find this a tragedy!

I’ve been telling the readers of my newsletter about this for months now, but it really sank into my mind at the weekend, just how elegant and simple this method of property investment is, for people who know they want to invest in property, but are just too busy being busy, ‘doing the urgent rather than the important’ as Steven Covey would say,  or who spend so much time analyzing it that they never actually get around to taking any action.

I know that, just one of my vehicles - the Ballard Shaw vehicle - in the property Lane of the Wealth Highway, will make me over a million within the next fifteen years.  How cool is that?

And, you may not know this, but Gill is now helping to present the Ballard Shaw Open Days as she, like me, after attending an Open Day, thinks the Ballard Shaw investment opportunity is a complete ‘no brainer’.

Although I mention this regularly in my newsletter I wonder if  perhaps I haven’t communicated this effectively enough, as, in my opinion, not enough of my readers so far have come along to one of the Ballard Shaw Open Days to find out more.  The ones that have are SO pleased they did - they are more than pleased, they feel that deep sense of relief that they are now ’sorted’ in this Lane.

These Open Days are not only free to attend (with a great lunch!) but they are so informative and educational, with the Ballard Shaw strategy shared so freely, that even if you decide this investment is not for you, there is nothing to stop you going out on Monday and putting their strategy into action immediately, in your own area.  Is that not a reason enough to come along to an Open Day, on it’s own?

The bottom line is that there are only limited places in this opportunity (and if you are one of the people who are kicking yourself that you didn’t get into the ‘rental property for £6k investment’ syndicates) then you need to drop everything and come along one Friday - or even this Sunday.

Yes, I’ve actually talked them into doing a Sunday and the only reason they agreed is because of the demand from the Homebuyer’s Show.  There is only one Open Day on a Sunday and it’s this week!

As I asked at the beginning of this email - what are you planning to do this Sunday?
