Clarity Comes!

I’ve just had my business coaching session with Judith Morgan.  We are co-coaching and so far, it seems to be working. 

Judith is a serial entrepreneur - a successful one!  She’s an accountant and financial director for companies, and is rapidly becoming the coach of choice for all the entrepreneurs that I know.  Her client list is reading like a roll call of the movers and shakers!

Anyway, today’s was a great session.  I went to the call saying to Steve "I don’t have anything to talk about today…." a comment he thought was ridiculous of course!  However, if I had to say I had an issue, the main one would have been the usual one - that of focus!

So much happening with the changes to The Money Gym, The Money Gym book being published, the World Internet Summit, the exciting developments around …

….ArtistManager.com…..not to mention the two new businesses which I havent’ quite got a firm enough marketing handle on yet….I’ve been struggling with doing two of everything, sletter.generatorsoftware.com/x.php?af=423573">sales letter, brochure site, online directory…..phew!

How do I weld it all together, do what needs to be done and get to the gym three times a week, eh?

Talking to Judith, and thinking out loud as I talked (typical entrepreneur stylee), helped enormously.

She says that the two new businesses are two sides of the same coin - helping people make money online via a turnkey automated business. 

One solution is for people with a real world business who want to take it online (and then create passive income products from it) and one solution is for people without an offline business but a great idea for a niche market that would benefit from a great Match Up software solution.

We brainstormed later the domain name www.TheWayToWealthOnline.com and tomorrow I will write the sletter.generatorsoftware.com/x.php?af=423573">sales letter - which is geared towards attracting people to one or the other option and exchanging their contact details in return for some nice give-aways, then directing them to one or the other appropriate sites.
