Oooops! Nearly bought something on eBay!

One of the things we learnt at the World Internet Summit was how to buy property on eBay. Armand Morin gave us (as he put it) just enough information on that gripping topic, to make us dangerous!
Yesterday evening, sitting in the garden with a glass of chilled wine, while Steve was firing up the BBQ for the first al fresco meal of the year……..
so hot yesterday! I was browsing along having a look and I noticed a lot of timeshare for sale.
Well, I’m a recent convert to timeshare, especially after I went to stay at that 5* golf resort on Mallorca with my friend Marlene.
She was left a timeshare in Portugal, and rather than go and stay in it, she trades it into the RSI or Interval International (II) systems, and stays around the world with it. Just at that moment, she rang the doorbell so I grabbed her, sat her down with a glass of wine, and picked her brains about whether there were any good ones online!
We found a great one very quickly in a fabulous resort in Missouri. The plan was not to stay there, but I have to say it looked great! We called up the RSI system to see what the swap-ability of that resort was and it was an in demand resort. We then looked up what it would normally sell for, second hand, and it was 10 times what it was for sale on eBay for.
There are four criteria to look out for, to match my requirements and this had three of them. So I’m going to carry on looking. Every day!
