Over at Stephen Pierce’s online radio show DTAlpha Talkback, he has just shared the most amazing tip about how to harness the power of YouTube for market research, and finding high traffic RELEVENT sites to advertise on, and high traffic blogs and forums to comment on (with links back to your site of course!). Your Cash – Get Control!

Nicola Cairncross recommends: If you want to get control of your money, and discover whether you are going in the right direction financially, I highly recommend the Cashflow chapter in The Money Gym ebook (see pic on right for link).
There are two elements to good financial control; one is to keep on top of and manage your cashflow, and the second is to take a quarterly snapshot of your assets, liabilities, income, outgoings, and overall net worth. Both of these can be easy to do, with the right (simple) tools.
Do not disappear up your own derrieres with details, on this one folks! Remember what one of my first financial mentors, Gill Fielding always says, the best deals can be worked out on the back of a fag packet,and so it is with keeping control of your finances.
On the spreadsheet front, the one on P12 of the book is the old one we used to use, and it’s very good still. But we now use a different one for our own accounts, one given to us by Greg Ballard of Passive Investments (www.AskNicolaCairncross.com/Recommends/Passive in case you don’t know them – I’m happy to take advice from someone who can take £10k on a credit card and turn it into over £30 million in property in just 10 years!!)

I started a regular TV show the other day on Justin.tv – great fun. I was trial-ing a new bit of software which seemed to make the picture more jumpy so it wasn’t a great success from that point of view but there was some good content which you might enjoy!

Dearest Money Gym Blog, can you EVER forgive me?
I’ve been being rather unfaithful to you, over the last couple of weeks, with several of your Web2.0 maties, particularly that naughty Twitter.com and Justin.tv. You have looked after me so well over the years, so I hate to leave you languishing as I have, but, you have to admit, they are rather dramatically more fun than you have been recently! Party central in fact!
That Justin.tv has even seduced me into creating my own weekly live streaming tv, The Money Gym Wealth Surgery show, on Wednesdays at 1pm GMT / UST!
I know, I know, I’m almost too ashamed to post on you!
How do I know that you know about my little pecadillos? Because you all keep in touch, don’t you? And without me doing a thing to help or encourage you beyond introducing each other!
You talk to Feedburner, who is the most UNBELIEVABLE gossip, and who talks to Facebook, TheMoneyGymClub, Ecademy and Hubpages, and now Squidoo too!
That Blogrush widget tattles on me to MySpace, Justin.tv talks to MySpace and Twitter.com , in fact he positively shouts his head off via MySpace bulletins and repeated and personalised twitters when I’m visiting and even when I’m broadcasting live! Justin.tv also sends my tv shows to MySpace, who I just found out feeds them onto AOL Video without me even knowing about it! Twitter.com tattles on me to you, The Money Gym Official Blog, AND to my mobile phone and to that showoff, Twittervision.com
I tell you, you just can’t keep a secret round here!
Not even about the fact that Alan Forrest Smith, yes! the great OrangeBeetle himself, who is no bloomin’ slouch himself at helping his clients to NOT keep themselves a secret, is putting on a very special Maverick Marketing Masterclass for us at the next “Money Gym Presents……” workshop on the 12th April.

We made $50,000 in just 72 hours
