The 100% satisfaction guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
The 100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee applies to the Gold Membership Level only. If, in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Silver level membership, you can simply cancel your account at any time.
To claim under the 100% Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee, you must stay in your Money Gym Club Gold Level for AT LEAST one year.
If you attend all appropriate coaching calls for your Money Gym Club Level in the year, including at least 90% of the Gold Weekly Webinars, if you attend all workshops offered in your Level, finish and return all of the downloadable fieldwork to your coach or to Nicola Cairncross or Judith Morgan and you can honestly say that we haven’t shown you how to make (or save) more than the cost of The Money Gym membership paid to date, then we will refund your money 100%.
We know that your success depends on you taking action and sometimes, due to adverse circumstances such as serious illness or loss in the family, you may not be in a position to do so.
If you miss any of the workshops, for whatever reason such as illness or work commitments, you are allowed to carry one workshop attendance forward for a maxinum period of 12 months, but this is at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
If you find that you are unable to take full advantage of the Money Gym due to illness or bereavement (or some other life changing event) you may postpone your one year membership of The Money Gym at any time by giving one months notice by email or in writing.
Your membership will be suspended at the end of the calendar month in which you notify us and you can pick it up again at any time within three calender months of suspending it. After that, renewed membership is at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
However if you do suspend your membership, you accept that the various components of the Money Gym may have changed in that time.
You understand that The Money Gym Ltd reserves the right not to offer telephone coaching support calls in August and December. We are available by email 12 months of the year, however.
We reserve the right to change any of the elements of the membership of the Money Gym at any time as long as we undertake to replace that element with something of equal or even better value.
By undertaking any Wealth Coaching Services provided by The Money Gym Ltd, the participant hereby agrees and understands that The Money Gym Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the financial affairs of the participant and makes no undertaking to provide specific financial advice about any financial products or services.
Any financial decisions should be made only after taking specific and independent financial advice, preferably from a fully qualified member of the Accountancy profession.
The Money Gym Ltd. is not acting on the participants behalf and is not responsible for the financial wellbeing or success of the participant.
The Money Gym Ltd. reserves the right to amend the wording of these terms and conditions at any time, so long as the spirit of the guarantee remain unchanged.
In the event of a dispute regarding the above, then all costs and expenses including reasonable legal fees incurred by the prevailing party therein shall be paid by the other party.
The obligation on the part of the other party shall be deemed to have accrued on the date of the commencement of such action and shall be enforceable whether or not the action is prosecuted to judgement.
The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern the validity, performance and enforcement of this agreement.
Should either party institute legal suit or action for enforcement of any obligation contained herein it is agreed that the venue of such suit or action shall be in the United Kingdom and subscriber expressly consents to The Money Gym Ltd. designating the venue of any such suit or action.
The provisions herein shall inure to the benefit of the parties herein and any heirs, successors or assigns and shall survive the termination or cancellation of this agreement.
