Wealth Coach Diaries | A Note From Judith
by Judith Morgan on January 20, 2010
in Money Gym | Diaries
2010 crept in under a blanket of snow, rather than coming in with the more customary bang. After my month off in the Caribbean sunshine, sub-zero temperatures came as quite a shock delaying my return to full productivity still further in a way I rather enjoyed as it gave me at least three weeks to be acclimatising, thinking, planning and working on my financial intentions for the year.
There will be changes, of course. There always are. And no matter how distressing while we come to terms with them, in our heart of hearts we all know that change is good for us and that it all works out for the best in the end. Whatever you have planned for your own new year, I hope it’s a good one.
Now, what has this Wealth Coach been up to in the last couple of weeks?
Weekly Wealth Webinars, Wednesdays at 11 a.m.
The Money Gym saw the beginning of term on Wednesday last week with our weekly wealth webinar at 11 a.m. We run these now in three terms of 12 weeks and we rotate the topics between general wealth creation in the first week, followed by Mainly About Property, Mainly About Business and Mainly About the Internet on each of the following three weeks, then repeating the pattern three times in each term. The general wealth creation call is open to all our clients including Silver and then all the other calls are for current and past Gold, Platinum and Boardroom clients. They are generally all recorded so if you are entitled to attend but unable to do so, you can listen again later. You can call in live or listen live on the web too.
How do you join? Log into the Money Gym website and go to the home page of your level of membership and hit on the Webinar Access button which takes you to a further page with two buttons which lead to the schedule on one and the access details on another.
If you are a Silver member, note the dates for your diary of 10th February and 10th March and then the next two terms start (with Silvers again) on 21st April and 8th September. If you don’t know whether or not you are entitled to attend, or you have forgotten how to log into the website or can’t find the information you need, then do please let us know. We send weekly reminders to all current clients and usually one annual reminder to all alumni who are welcome to join or re-join us at any time then want another boost with their wealth creation activities. Wednesdays at 11, come on down.
Money Gym Google Groups
Similarly we have been reconnecting with our community via all our Google Groups where topics of interest over the last twenty days have included investing in Champagne, rent2own, Facebook fan pages, buying and selling businesses, membership club sites, Cashflow, article marketing, Twitter, 2010 goal-setting, estate agents, time management tools, sales training, proof-reading, saving money, thriftiness, recipes, making videos, manifestation, debt, credit ratings, Warren Buffet, rooms to rent and sharing resources. Phew!
I notice that one of our groups has 260 members and Google describes its activity as “low”. Everything’s relative, Google! Plenty are overwhelmed by their membership of any single one of our Google groups let alone all of them. There are ways to cope with this. You never need to keep a single email because they are all archived on each group’s website and keyword searchable. You can set your membership to send you a daily digest instead of an email each time anyone posts and you can operate my favoured Scan/Delete policy which means I have deleted all those I receive before bedtime every day, having replied to any where I have something to offer. Simple.
Out and About
Nicola and I had lunch with uber successful Neil Asher last week and we both went for the recession-beating £8.25 menu at Carluccio’s and Neil paid. Boy did he get a bargain! The two of us for that price. Neil describes himself in an email to me today as a “self-made multi millionaire with seven businesses in five countries”, just the sort of chap you want to have buy you lunch on a bleak Thursday in snowy January. He looks like Davie Bowie which was a bit of a surprise and he wasn’t in the least bit phased by Nicola and I chatting, laughing and coming up with ideas and stories at top speed on the hoof.
He’s very abundant, and wrote later to ask after my Top 10 Wish List for 2010 in case he could help me achieve any of them and offering his hopes that we would develop a great friendship in time.
I must confess to having to ask Nicola and Neil himself “were you truly wafted here from Paradise?” – you just don’t often see such giving and abundance. What a role model.
Did you know that Harlequin…
by NicolaCairncross on June 19, 2009
in Money Gym | Did You Know?
… have recently announced their next development and this time around they are moving from the Caribbean to Brazil?
Its called the Garapua Beach Resort and is situated on the Ilha de Tinhare, a pretty little island 60km south of Salvador in the Baia de Todos os Santos.
The island is considered to be one of the most desirable tropical destinations in the world and is the tenth most visited place in Brazil. With beautiful beaches and calm, crystalline, warm waters, Atlantic rainforest, mangroves and coconut groves that are home to a stunning array of flowers, colourful birds, monkeys and marine life. The island is home to a few small fishing villages, the largest of which is Morro de Sao Paulo, with beautiful colonial architecture and historical monuments.
This investment opportunity is in pre-launch with stunning prices for a limited period only, starting at an incredibly low entry level of only £50,000. As ever, Harlequin are still offering their 100% funding for only a £1,000 deposit so its also worth a look if you couldn’t raise finance last time around in the Caribbean, since prices start at about half of what we were looking at before.
Brazil’s property market is set to boom due to its rapidly growing economy. Also with the discovery of vast gas and oil reserves, thought to be larger than the Middle east, this has to be on the top of any savvy investor’s wish list.
Tourism is one of the fastest growing industries in Brazil with a growth of over 20% last year. However, the vast majority of tourism is still home-grown and Brazilians make up over 90% of the tourist market. This proportion is changing substantially as more and more international tourists are considering Brazil
as their holiday destination.

NLP Is Dangerous | Responsible For Nicola’s Karaoke Debut
by NicolaCairncross on March 26, 2009
in Money Gym | Diaries
OK, if you ever needed proof that NLP is dangerous….here it is. And if you ever needed proof that I should leave the singing to Heather Cairncross – ok, here it is. Wayne Buckhanan of NLP At Sea is my new best friend from the Internet Marketer’s Cruise and he deffo NLP’d me into doing my first karaoke on the Internet Marketer’s Cruise and let’s just say………..my poker playing is better than my singing! The little shimmy at the end was marvellous though….almost worth watching it through to the bitter end LOL
Notice how the video of the US plane coming down in the Hudson river is shown as a related video……….what are they trying to say? It was reported on the cruise tv’s the very next day…………oh no! It can’t be true…..LOL

“How was the internet marketers cruise then?” you must be shouting!
Suffice to say I had the best time. It was brilliant for work and such good fun. I won’t go into it much here but I’ve been posting pics on Flickr and you can view them on the blog here – look out for the one of us covered in napkins at Miami International Airport because our flight was delayed by about 8 hours, and we were FROZEN. Virgin Atlantic brought out some blankets just after we did this but still too little, too late. Another highlight was my eating an entire sausage with peanut butter because I thought it was some weird american mustard.
Overall it was a great trip. I met some amazing people, gave Robert G Allen a signed copy of my book (cheek of the girl!), made lots of new friends and potential strategic partners and had a ball. I’ll be posting more about it on the blog as I remember stuff.
The Caribbean lived up to it’s hype and some! We went to St Maartens, St Kitts and Tortola and Judith says they are not even the nicest islands. I loved the way the weather changed all the time (see pics link above) even in one day, but was always warm and mostly sunny and hot. If you are thinking of investing with Harlequin I would go for it not just for the investment but just to get your 30 days free stay out there.

And if you go to St Kitts, and need a taxi or five, call my new mate Raphael, who drove buses in Hackney for 20 years, before retiring home to set up his taxi firm called “Empress Coaches”. He personally owns two air-conditioned taxis but can call on his mates and does a great rate on tours. Raphael can accommodate any number of visitors and boy! does he know his history. He is a very funny, nice man, who will look after you brilliantly.
Call Raphael on his mobile 1-869-663-0324 (office: 1-869-466-7043) or email him on empresscoaches[at]hotmail.com
And if you want to join us next year visit http://www.themoneygym.com/holidays and choose Nicola Cairncross from the drop down menu to get Money Gym bonuses and be in our gang.
Back home and back to work – I’m going to cover my plans for 2009 in the “Success!” section of this ezine so I’ll just talk about what I’ve been up to the last few weeks here, shall I?
The “Gold For Christmas” competition and the all day Wealth-A-Thon was a fun event and won this year by Debbie Winterbourne. I might do one every year….I’m starting work with Debbie via private ustream tv shows in the first week of February. The runners up will be allowed to look over her shoulder, so to speak and all of it will be recorded. Debbie has kindly given me permission to invite some of our other clients to watch too – she MUST be a star profile in Wealth Dynamics terms.
I’m hosting our “Let’s Talk Money” day next Saturday
http://www.themoneygym.com/events
We are only doing three of these in 2009 so if you miss this one, you will have to wait till 13th June! We change the format every time, and I add the stuff that I think will move you forward in your wealth creation journey the most, so even if you have been to one before, it’s well worth coming again.
And then on Sunday I’m speaking for the first time for Darren Winters at his “Build Your Wealth” event. You can attend the two day event for just £7 and you can book here at
http://www.tinyurl.com/buildyourwealth
Other events to watch out for are our property extravaganza in late March, with Rick Otton (We Buy Houses International) as our key note speaker. Rick is the person who taught David Lee (who taught us) how to buy houses for £1 and he’ll be sharing his secrets with us then.
http://www.themoneygym.com/events
This is something I’m going to be very much focused on in 2009 and it’s entirely possible in the UK.
Hmmm, that’s pretty much it, so I’m off to upload more photos!
See ya!

Robert Allen Going Wild
by NicolaCairncross on January 20, 2009
in Money Gym | Internet
One of the biggest thrills on this holiday for me (and there were LOADS!) was meeting and hanging out with Robert G Allen, author of Multiple Streams of Income, Multiple Streams of Internet Income, No Money Down and One Minute Millionaire among others. He was there as a student, to learn how to use the internet to make sure that his next two books also go on the New York Times Best Seller List.
What a nice man! Who know has a signed copy of MY book (along with Bob Proctor!). How funny life can be sometimes……Bob got one of the hotseats and learned about Twitter (follow Bob at http://www.twitter.com/bestsellerbob ) and Ustream among other things, and I’ve just emailed him with more details about running a competition on YouTube like we did just before Christmas. Secure your cabin for next year, at http://www.themoneygym.com/holidays – can you really afford NOT to come?

I’m just back from the brilliant Peter Woodhead day with the Money Gym gang in London yesterday, where he showed us not only how to find our future products in the public domain for pennies, but how to create a business from them, even if you dont’ have a website!
The good news is I recorded the whole day and we are going to make it available to you – even if you could not make it. Watch your email inbox for that info.
Now…while I was there not only were there a few of us talking about our upcoming Money Gym Holiday, but then I got an email from the lovely (and completely nutty looking) Capt’n Lou..who is organising the whole thing.
Are you joining us on the “Marketers Gone Wild” cruise in January?
If so, you need to come and join the community Captain Lou has created for us all (some great pics of previous cruises there!)
http://marketersgonewild.ning.com/
And you then need to join the special Money Gym sub-group (link on the right of screen) so I can keep you up to date with what I’m up to on board.
http://marketersgonewild.ning.com/group/moneygymholidays
Even if you are not coming, but would like to come on holiday with us in the future, join the Ning group and then make me your friend (I have none at the moment, Billy-No-Mates!)
http://marketersgonewild.ning.com/friends/NicolaCairncross
You might also want to join Mike Filsaime’s sub-group so we can keep up to date with what his lot are up to!
http://marketersgonewild.ning.com/group/marketers
I’ve also joined the Social Marketers sub-group too as I’m into Social Marketing in a big way.
EXCURSIONS
We have just had the email about excursions to book – just to let you know we are doing ALL of them!
Well, not the scuba as I’m not that brave yet, but we will be doing the Snuba, and ALL the trips / beach parties!
I’m so excited I could scream!!!!
KEEPING IN TOUCH ON BOARD
I understand that internet access is expensive on board and I’m not sure about mobile phone reception or charges but I’ll figure out a way to keep in touch on board, even if I have to resort to ringing your rooms (v. old school!)
KEEPING YOUR BLOG GOING WHILE YOU ARE AWAY
In the meantime, you might want to follow “wealthcoach” on www.Twitter.com and enable your mobile to send Tweets, and make sure your blog is enabled with either TwitterTools (Wordpress) or look for the Twitter widget on Typepad. Do the same for Ecademy and Facebook (and MySpace if you have a profile there) and you are all set. That way you can blog from your mobile via text.
I’ll be looking at texting pics into my Flickr account too if it’s not too expensive, and linking that up with Twitter, like Stephen Fry is doing while he travels round Africa recording his next series (you can follow “stephenfry” on Twitter to keep up to date with him).
OK, that’s it for today. If you really can’t bear it, just visit http://www.themoneygym.com/holidays to see if there are ANY cabins available still.
Don’t think so, but you might be lucky with a cancellation!
Cheers
Nicola
£1k For A Piece Of Caribbean Paradise?
by NicolaCairncross on August 6, 2008
in Money Gym | Diaries, Money Gym | Network Marketing, Money Gym | Property
Judith Morgan says: “Only £1,000 down for your own freehold little bit of Paradise in the Caribbean? Can this really be true? Or is it simply “Too Good To Be True”?
I have always wanted a life in the sun, so when one of our own ex-clients on the 2007 Money Gym Gold Express programme contacted me earlier in the year, I couldn’t wait to hear about the opportunity she presented.
At the time, I had challenges of my own – I was right in the middle of moving house in the same week as Janet Swift took me to a 3-day Alan Forrest Smith event and then I hurtled up to Manchester to find out all about Cartel, about which more later.
And to be honest with you, and I don’t think Victoria would mind my sharing this with you, when she brought it around to me, she hadn’t got her own head round the offering yet and so I simply didn’t understand it either and with all that busyness on my hands, I just parked it – a bit further down the To Do List! But I do remember calling Nicola and saying we must tell our clients about this. Nicola said “no, not now, let’s wait until someone we know and trust has invested their own money in it first” or word to that effect.
But Money Gym clients are not fools and so Victoria hedged her bets and she also showed it to Marcus de Maria AND Maria Davies. These days, Maria writes a regular column for “A Place in the Sun” magazine and so if Victoria could get past Maria’s defences, that would be a great result.
As Maria tells the story, Victoria badgered and badgered and badgered until Maria caved in and looked at the details and followed up on the opportunity in a way which I simply had not had time for.
And what did she discover? Maria discovered something so good she invested herself and she has now given up most, if not all, of her other speaking engagements just to present for this company. She is concentrating on them pretty much full-time and for the same reasons, it doesn’t just look too good to be true – it is true! And we want our clients to get a piece of that action!
With Maria’s “heads up” we have now all discovered something which, as I say, many will think too good to be true and indeed that may prove to be thei greatest marketing challenge!
So, what do they offer then, and how can you get your own freehold bit of Paradise in the Caribbean for only £1,000 down?
This company is a UK based developer, owned and run by one family, most of whom work in the business. Their Head Office is in Essex and I have been down there twice, once on my own to learn from a BBC geologist and oceanographer all about why their developments are no more likely to be hit by a hurricane than the south coast of England (!) and once with a carload of lovely Money Gym ladies.
We went to find out more, we went to grill the sales guy whose name, appropriately, is Sunny. We grilled the poor boy (and ticked him off about the state of the Ladies Loo to boot) for way more than two hours and he had the answers to all of our questions, literally at his fingertips. Sunny, rather worryingly (but affectionately I feel) now calls me “Trouble”.
Since then I have been once more to hang out in Essex. I have been to their Directors’ Box at the glamorous all-new Wembley Stadium where I met Katharine. Katharine is a Cambridge graduate who has worked for this company since she was 23; she’s now 26 and she is, quite frankly, the most brilliant presenter I have ever heard in all my years in the Money Gym.
There’s no fluff, she embodies the word succinct, thank heavens and she’s intelligent, intelligent, intelligent and posh (her hobby, nay passion, is Polo). And Katharine has created a lot of the business excellence which this company now display. Again, when answering questions, she quite easily and quickly put her hands on the answer to everything. Katharine is my new best friend in the Wonderful World of Wealth Creation.
God knows how or where the CEO recruited Katharine (she was head-hunted apparently) but he’s no fool. Together they are a brilliant business combination to my mind.
Sunny’s Mum works for the company. Katharine’s brother is her PA. It truly is a family business. Does that make it a better business? Not necessarily, but apart from Cartel, I haven’t found a business with greater or more infectious energy for a very long time. Victoria even took her singing sister into this company to work too.
So, let’s cut to the chase. Who are they and what’s in it for you?
A little piece of Paradise as I already said on terms which are literally too good to be true…..

Wealth Coach Diaries: Nicola’s Week
by Nicola Cairncross on June 30, 2008
in Money Gym | Diaries
This has been an AMAZING couple of weeks for lots of different reasons. It’s been so busy that, not only have I not had time to play with my new sewing machine, but, for only the second time this last year, I was unable to write the ezine!!
My twitterings kept the blog updated and my Twits also fed out to my Facebook and MySpace profile. The blog being updated by Twitter also fed out to my Hubpages and Ecademy, so all major social networking went on as normal.
The weekend before last saw the “Money Gym Presents…Property” with the ever popular property multi-squillionaire and all round good bloke, Greg Ballard, holding forth about property investment and the property market in general – dynamite stuff as ever. Judith and I updated everyone on our Rent2Own exploits and the band of merry Money Gym rent2own devotees grows and grows – David Lee, what have you started?

Later in the day, my old matie from Las Vegas and Sussex, Maria Davies, came to show us how we could buy a luxury villa in the Caribbean for just £1000, and invited us to one of her open evenings. I’ve never been very keen on overseas investing, but the combination of luxury, Caribbean, and Maria buying TWO herself (she ain’t no property fool!) has got me very very interested. It’s an income strategy after the first four years too, with demand for Caribbean holidays growing and growing all time. Maria has another fr*ee Open Evening coming up in London and you can book your place and find out more here at
http://www.caribbean5starinvestments.co.uk
Talking of Caribbean holidays, I’m hoping that our Money Gym Wealth Creation & Internet Marketers Cruise (with Mike Filsaime) in January will take us to a couple of the islands that Maria’s lot are building on, so I can have a look while I’m out there! Just £500 per person for eight nights, the return flights to Miami are £400, so it’s a dirt cheap holiday in the sun. There are six Money Gym allocated cabins left (and there are some that hold three so bring the kids even if you are a single parent – they will be well looked after in the kid’s club) so secure your cabin (and all the extra Money Gym goodies) here at http://www.TheMoneyGym.com/holidays
Then……….felt really sick with a 24 hour bug on Thursday but recovered in time for Tim Brocklehurst’s Freedom Class weekend on Saturday/Sunday/Monday. This was an intensive three day workshop where he taught us how to use the amazing Viral Spiral system to grow our lists virally. We were amazed by the incredible and inspirational Ange Wayne, and some of the othere excellent speakers included ever exuberant marketing maverick Alan Forrest-Smith and Martin Avis, who gave a great presentation on how to build excellent relationship with your subscribers.
By the end of the three days, we walked out with a turnkey online business, although some of us were not sure how we did it! Brillaint “over shoulder” back up from Matt Garrett and Rob O’Callaghan
We stayed at the TOTALLY FABULOUS Hoxton Hotel in Great Eastern Road I think it was, and while it only cost about £97 per room per night, I was blown away by the rooms, the bathrooms, the funky lounge, bar and restaurant, the hot and trendy guests/locals, the live dj’s on Friday and Saturday, but the best thing by far was the staff. They were not just helpful, can-do and smiling, they positively beamed fun and job satisfaction. You just can’t bottle that – if you could, service in this country would be an amazing thing. See http://www.TheMoneyGym.tv over the coming week for some videos….very funny when I caught Marcus De Maria at 8am, who was hosting a workshop at the same venue.
I talked to the Bar/Restaurant Manager – Richard Moul who was frighteningly young and energetic (and a real whisky expert!) to find out what his recruitment policy was, only to find that he recruits for attitude and personality and then whips them into shape after. It only bloomin’ works. We had some fantastic customer service experiences there and I will be staying there as much as possible in future even if I have to get taxis about to my workshops and meetings.
The Freedom Class was amazing – what can I say? Many many thanks to Tim Brocklehurst for his patience, his organisation, laying on of three great speakers – one of whom Ange Wayne, Change Strategist, flew over from Australia especially. She was amazing, Alan Forrest Smith was on fire! Martin Avis was wonderful on how to build a great relationship with your virally fuelled list (it was great to meet him properly at last) and one other who has asked not to be mentioned for her own reasons.
Genius move, putting Ange on, on the first day, as we were struggling a bit and she talked in a compelling, almost hypnotic way, about success, choice and responsibility. Tragic that Steve missed that bit as he was carted off to A&E when his heart went into Atrial Fibrillation – they kept him in overnight at the Royal London, but he still managed to win the challenge on the Monday, having done so much homework beforehand.
Luckily Tim had a camera crew on hand, so Steve can catch Ange on the DVD’s. You can find out more about her at http://www.AngelChange.com – a play on her name (it’s not all about angels, phew!) and her home AND office is based in Angel Place Building too! Amazing speaker, awesome.
From Tim’s mailing for Steve (his prize) Steve has gained over 250 new signups and his blog and first email has attracted a new client already – someone who owns a Champagne business – NICE!
I’m so thrilled because I managed to come home, take one of my articles and turn it into a rebrandable free report, working through the process. From putting up my free report in three places so far, I’ve picked up 10 new double opted in subscribers today already and it’s only lunchtime. That’s amazing.
I’m also thrilled because I have created my first ever Facebook application. I was making a Blidget (widget for folks to feature the Money Gym blog on their websites) and it offered me the option to make a Facebook application out of my Blidget. Of course I clicked yes, and was walked through several stages to create my app. Now, if you don’t realise how exciting this is, just think about how viral this could go. If even half my 447 (as of today) friends feature the Money Gym app on their profiles, and half of their say….50 friends like what they see and feature it….that’s our blog on 5587 profiles….man, that’s powerful.
My brain was FRIED after all that techie, detail stuff, but I still managed to make it to my Monday Night Poker Game at the Crown & Anchor in Shoreham. On Tuesday I took it easy and fixed Head Chef, Andy Quinn’s laptop for him (well, Steve did) and set up a Facebook group for the Crown & Anchor, whose new website is taking ages!
Had coffee with one of my poker buddies, Paul Stanford from 4Momentum on Tuesday, he’s a business consultant and we talked about how to take The Money Gym to seven figures from six, and how to get him blogging and how to wrest control of his website and hosting from the current designers who want to charge him for every little thing and won’t give him access to his own CPanel.
Kids off school today (yet another Insect Day!) and off to play poker live again tonight, private game, first invite so honoured and a fixed buy in, for those of you who are worried about a wealth coach apparently gambling. My Monday nights cost me £12 and inclued dinner, for heaven’s sake. It’s cheaper than the pictures.
When this ezine is written, I’m off to check my property messages and see if the deal that fell out of bed due to a solicitor offering business and not legal advice, has come back on. The vendor turned out to be someone who used to work for me at The Acacia, as a maid! How small is this world really?
Have fun, I will be when I slow down!

Holiday With Nicola?

in Money Gym | Success
I’m really really excited to bring you some very special news! If you want an example of “Attraction In Action” read on and be AMAZED!
You may not know it, but I’ve been wanting to get a holiday for ages, but what with having to move house a few times in the last couple of years, and Steve, Judith and me working our butts off (in a fun way!) on The Money Gym…..apart from a weekend in Pisa & Florence, Italy, it just hasn’t happened.
But that hasn’t stopped me thinking about it and dreaming about what kind of a holiday I would like….and with all the different ages and interests in this house, let me tell you it would be tricky to find anything that suited all. Our requirements for any dream holiday seemed impossible but include ….
1. Loads for the kids to do (suiting both a 10 year old and a 13 year old going on 16.)
2. Loads of stuff for me to do / learn – I get bored lying by a pool or on a beach all day
3. Space for us all to get away from each other
4. Lots of sun and fabulous places to visit
5. Easy to get to from Shoreham By Sea – plane ideally!
6. All inclusive – no cooking or cleaning
7. No driving
8. Great nightlifeWell, I had concluded that a cruise might be just the ticket and I had thought, well, if you are gonna cruise at all, the Caribbean is the place to go, eh? But it still seemed so far away…daunting stuff really…
| Attraction In Action!! |
Then, talk about the POWER OF ATTRACTION!! I had almost given up the whole idea when blow me down, if an email from Mike Filsaime, one of my very favourite internet marketers, didn’t arrive, solving ALL my holiday woes.
