Following on from my blog posting yesterday, giving you some simple resources to get you started online, here are a couple more, along with news of an exciting and totally fr*ee webinar I’m hosting tomorrow morning (Friday) at 11am, with Tim Brocklehurst, genius list builder extraordinaire!
Resource 1:
Yesterday we covered the need for a website or blog, to allow people to find you, and find out who you are, what you do, what you recommend (via an affiliate link) and most importantly, what you can do for them.
You would be amazed how easy and cheap it is to set up a professional search engine friendly blog and we recommend Typepad for starters. If you want the most economic package with the best features, you will need the middle package and you can get a free trial here

Resource 2:
The internet marketing section of The Money Gym ebook is a good place to start with the basics, and you can get that at no charge, just by subscribing to our 101 Wealth Tips on the site. However, as a reader of our blog, if you have lost or deleted it or don’t want to wait for the internet module to arrive, you can download the whole 101 tips here as a zipped up file.

Confusion, Killer Apps & Coughs
Gonna be a short one this week, I’ve been sitting up for about 6 hours now and I’m feeling very odd. I’m still getting over my op last Sunday and when the pills wear off…….eeeeuuuuuuwwwwwww.
Confusion is the order of the day this week – could be the drugs, as Steve says my emails are also very odd – but it has felt like a week when several so-called certainties have not felt very certain.
Blogging from your bed – short sharp burst are easy to do and kill the boredom I found, so there is a number of goodies on the blog this week….My Top 10 Tips on Blogging From Your Bed here >>>>>
To brand or not to brand – your business as distinct from yourself. See the You ARE The Brand posting for my latest thoughts on that.
Video or audio on your website, it’s a bit like wealth creation, it’s essential you get your head around it, and it can be simple, but initially it’s not easy, as you have to go on a bit of a learning curve. See how I do it here >>>>>
Recommended reading this week is “Love Is The Killer App” by Tim Sanders, very nice and a good follow on from Joe Vitale’s “The Key” and the well known clearing / healing method from Hawaii called ho’oponopono which took me happily into the operating theatre in spite of my nerves!
I’ll do a proper blog posting about Tim Sanders later this week as he talks about the virtues of reading in a very fascinating way and one that entirely resonates with me.
My one major tip for this week is – get private medical insurance! For about £100 a month you can do your whole family, especially if you don’t smoke.
While being ill when self employed is much more bearable, as you can rearrange your schedule to suit, we found to my horror that …

I Love You!

I’m a big fan of The Secret, the film about the Principles of Attraction. It had it’s limitations and I don’t feel it went far enough on the practicalities of “how to” but I did get the one tip on the second or third watching, about feeling grateful when you are feeling down, which certainly works although it usually breaks our shower when I use it (don’t ask!)
Joe Vitale, while featured heavily in The Secret, obviously feels the same, because since The Secret was filmed, he has written not one but three books elaborating on the “how to” of The Secret’s Secret.
I have read and enjoyed “The Attractor Factor”, haven’t yet read “Zero Limits” but am totally immersed in “The Key (The Missing Secret For Attracting Anything You Want)” which I got for Christmas. I was reading it last night as I was unable to sleep for various reasons.

I’ve got a lot of time for Joe Vitale (left) – not only because he is a great and prolific writer, but because he has been there, totally on his uppers, but also perhaps because he looks a lot like one of my favourite DJ’s in the world, Danny Tenaglia (right).
They both have this tough but cuddly Italian American look about them which I find very appealing – lucky I didn’t live in New York or Las Vegas in the Thirties eh?
Before I tell you about this amazing practical tool I have discovered in “The Key” let me tell you that I am the least woo-woo person you are ever likely to meet, beaten only in the down to earth stakes by Steve Watson and Greg Ballard.
However, I had a very interesting conversation with Greg last week on the early morning train from Worthing to Victoria last week about the developments in the Money Gym and all the events Greg has mentored us through, since the sale of The Acacia (my ex-hotel in Worthing).
I can’t remember even what I said but it must have been vaguely limiting or even negative (quelle horror!) because Greg picked me up on it and said
