Making M*oney From Your Blog
by Judith Morgan
We encourage most of our Money Gym clients to create a blog.
It helps very quickly to get Search Engine visibility for your website, its fun and you can sell things from it. You can create "know, like and trust" amongst your clients and potential clients, and it helps you to create a viral buzz. And now we learn you can create BIG money from your writing and blogging, and quickly too!
A lady who has only been writing since November 2006 has been offered...

"I
am highly delighted with my
Money Gym
Membership which has provided me with a
range of tools and guidance allowing me
tighter focus and control of my financial
situation, particularly highlighting a few
key areas where I was actually wasting
money.
I have started to apply some of the
guidance which has immediately eliminated
the waste, saving me pounds!
The Money Gym Club email support group is an added bonus, where members
exchange ideas and resources, some of which
are relevant to any type of business.
I am
impressed with the level of inter-membership
support and advice that everyone is willing
to share. No matter what question or query
you have, there is always someone willing to
provide positive advice or offer
suggestions. Brilliant."

This week we're in Lane #4 : Stockmarket
Getting into Trading the Stockmarket
by Nicola Cairncross
We are very keen on the stock market at The Money Gym – mainly teaching Money Gym members how to identify fundamentally sound shares using some basic research, how to buy and then using simple charting techniques to decide when to buy, and then to hold for the long term.
We like nice easy strategies like “Beat The Footsie” that take a couple of hours a year, and consistently give you returns of 20% per annum and have done for years.
Until we met Marcus De Maria at the 2005 Wealth Creation Conference we hadn’t really come across anyone who we liked, to teach our Money Gym clients about creating an extra income from the markets by trading shares.
However, ever since Marcus did his brilliant day at our 5 Wealth Creation Conference we hadn’t really come across anyone who we liked, to teach our Money Gym workshop in November, when I started to dimly grasp the concept of “selling short” for the first time EVER, I’ve been badgering Marcus to let me try out his Investment Mastery Home Study DVD Box Set – recorded at one of his 2-day workshops, as I’m so keen to learn more and the next workshop is not for a while.
He teaches three simple strategies to make money in ....

The Secret of F*inancial Freedom?
by Margaret Collins,
Money Gym Wealth Coach says:
In January, filled with the enthusiasm a New Year brings I bought a copy of a book called "Smart Girls do
Dumbbells" which is about a great way to get fit using small hand weights (no, not the power-lifting variety!).
Since then I've used my trusty 2kg hand weights – just the once. And it made me realise that New Year's resolutions – and getting fit - have a lot in common with creating f*inancial freedom.
There is no secret to creating w*ealth (nor to getting fit!). No matter how much we would like to believe that buying this amazing software package for $247 or that exclusive secret ebook for $97 will make us f*inancially free – it's highly unlikely to happen.
Is that because the ebook tells lies or the software doesn't work??? Maybe yes, probably no – but the biggest reason it won't work for most of us is...

Dear Friend
I’ve been testing
out our new strapline, developed at the
Lead Generation Masterclass – it is “The
Money Gym; helping dynamic business
people become independently wealthy”.
Each word of which is pretty much
perfect now apart from “helping” which
I’m not keen on, but enabling seems a
bit jargon-like and overused.
Sharing it with Judith prompted her to
send me this …
“The word “dynamic” has the same root as
the word “dynamite”. That which is
dynamic is powerful, forceful, filled
with energy, and leads to change. That
which is dynamic tends to blast you out
of a rut!” By Catherine Ponder from
The
Dynamic Laws of Prosperity. She was a
minister of religion I think, first
published according to my copy in 1962,
so pretty forward thinking then - since
this is basically
The Secret!”
This led me to think about how
membership of
The Money Gym blasts those
dynamic business people out of a rut all
right! The Property workshop is coming
up and that’s the first of four two-day workshops that leads to change in
the way they think – change from which
there is no coming back from.
Judith experienced some change of her
own this week. We had arranged to go to
Roger Hamilton’s Wealth Dynamics preview
evening on Tuesday but a car that died
suddenly on the M23 prevented me from
joining her. I was quite upset about it
(or would have been if I hadn’t chosen
to react differently) as I really wanted
to go, as I’ve been really getting into
Roger’s “Wink & Grow Rich” book which is
superb. And the more I think about it
the more I agree with my profile.
Judith’s incidentally has a very similar
profile to mine and Steve’s just about
to do his (after a bit of grumbling
about not being into palm reading and
not needing to know how like Tom Cruise
he wasn’t) so hopefully he’ll profile a
bit different or we will have THREE
creator / star / mechanics on the team.
I went to speak for the Women’s Business
Networking on Monday and really enjoyed
that. There were 20 plus “dynamic –
female - business people” who totally
‘got it’ about becoming independently
wealthy, especially via property. I’m
speaking for their Hove branch in April
too so I’m already looking forward to
that.
It was Steve’s 40th birthday last
weekend and after he got back from his
big night out, he unwrapped all his
presents including the one I proudly won
on eBay. Two second row Ricky Gervais
tickets for March. This is only the
third thing I’ve bought on eBay (apart
from the Trampoline and the Long
Handled Spider Catcher of course) so I
was pretty pleased.
It’s Half-Term this week and I totally
forgot so I had rather slackly had made
some appointments because I can’t get my
Outlook to fill up the whole days when
it’s a multi-day event – that little bar
across the top just doesn’t cut it for
me. Just don’t’ notice it!! I need a
better system as I am totally not
working in the holidays again – EVER!
What with that and the car
dying…this week has been
challenging.
We are off to Butlins for
the day on Friday, god help me, but then
on Saturday it’s one of my favourite
trips, to the cinema to watch a rattling
good kids’ film.
Happy Feet – that was rocking! Highly
recommended funny film and the
soundtrack is FANTASTIC.
Now, don’t forget, if you join
The Money
Gym Platinum Level this week, it’s not
too late to come along on our property
workshop in London on Tues/Wed. We will
be introducing Andy Shaw and Greg
Ballard, the Passive Investments gang,
to all our new Money Gym clients and
that’s always fun. They really change
people’s beliefs about property.
If you want to talk about the Platinum
Level, I’m available for “complimentary
introductory calls” so email me direct
at
nicola@themoneygym.com.
Talking of Andy & Greg, the doors are
nearly closed to new investors as they
are nearly up to their quota of clients.
You can’t book on an Passive Investments
Open Day online anymore and their
upcoming Open Days are pretty much full
up from
Andy’s book launch but I can
still get my contacts in. Email me
direct at
nicola@themoneygym.com if you
want an invite.
Butlins here I come…
Have fun, we are!
