 I
thought we would cater for the auditory people out there
today.... those who like to learn by listening rather than
reading!
A large part of enjoyment of membership of
The
Money Gym Club is the live - and very lively - wealth
creation "surgeries" or tele-seminars we host.
By attending one of the tele-seminars, you are not only
tapping into the experience and knowledge of me, Judith and
Steve, but The Money Gym coaches and your fellow members.
I remember vividly a time where a Platinum member was
selling (with her brothers) a factory that had been left to
her as part of her dad's estate. The sale had been agreed at
several million pounds, but, right at the last minute, the
purchaser had come back to the solicitors with some esoteric
question about potential contamination of the land under the
factory.
This Platinum member brought the question to the group,
where another member in the community - a bio-chemist - was
able to advise her on what to do, and what to say, and the
sale eventually went through at full asking price.
There are some amazing - and unexpected - experts in our
community!!
Silver members can dial in once a month to ask their
burning questions about any of the Four Lanes of The Wealth
Highway, and Gold and Platinum members can dial in every
week.
If you can't make the calls live, it doesn't matter!

everyone at the workshops, which are fuelled
by common visions despite our different
areas of expertise. Those who are not
attending are really missing out!
Each workshop I've been to has been amazing
and future-changing in its own right.
The amount of information that is
concertina'd into one workshop demonstrates
the true potential of each modality. I was
given scope to take action, now, and also to
expand my knowledge. In addition, despite
the quantity of information, I did not not
feel overloaded, partly because of the
regular breaks, partly because of the
informal atmosphere.
The second day, when each person has time
allocated for the whole group to brainstorm
his or her ideas, I felt was pivotal in
making it directly relevant to my situation
and for everyone else there. I walked
away with a specific action plan in mind -
but with no pressure to carry it out if the
time was not right for me at that very
moment.

Is Nicola a Millionaire?

 This burning question was asked of me on Andy Shaw’s membership site the other
day:
Nicola, May I ask a personal question? Are you a millionaire?

This was my answer…
I'm always being asked that - usually by F*inancial Advisors who are
themselves actually employees and will never be millionaires (unless their house
appreciation accidentally makes them so!). They feel threatened somehow by the
concept of a wealth coach.
Before I answer, let’s make sure that we are talking about the same
definition of "millionaire" .....the correct definition is “someone who has a
million pounds worth of assets, after deducting their liabilities”...is that
what you mean?
In that case, the short answer is, no, I'm not.
Yet.
However, I am what’s known as f*inancially f*ree at the moment. And that's
much more important to me.
Being f*inancially f*ree means I don't have to go out to work for someone else for a living, I choose how
I spend my days, and I'm creating appreciating assets that will keep me
f*inancially f*ree (and my children) for the rest of my life.

Dear Friend
REAL LIFE
 I’m
a bit cheesed off because I wrote a great “note from nicola” yesterday, but I
wandered away from my computer at the crucial moment...
... and an opportunistic child,
home from school and intent on downloading the latest pop tunes, plugged their iPod in and closed my Word document without saving it.
Groan.
So now I'm going to try and remember
what was in it.... I know I
mentioned the fact that we go live with

have stepped up the emails out to our
lists this week, and how I hoped that

emails would outweigh the annoyance some
people feel if they get more than an
email a week from one.
I know I mentioned the lovely
copywriter
Nick Wrathall, who I met years ago
at a Gary Vurnum event, and will never
forget his words about when you are
marketing something new - if your launch
campaign hasn’t had a complaint by
lunchtime then you are doing something
wrong!
Well I did something “wrong” today!
In today’s episode of “12 Deadly Reasons
Why You Won’t Be Rich In Your Lifetime”
I called Gordon Brown the Deputy Prime
Minister rather than the Chancellor.
Someone emailed me to tell me that and
put me straight.
Ooops! I thought, then immediately after
that I thought “details, schmeetails”
Then I thought “Mmmmmmm, I hope that my
making that mistake didn’t put them off
from reading the rest of it!” Because
people will look for and then use any
reason not to take action you know….
That made me remember that just ONE of
the reasons I lost all the weight last
year was that I didn’t want anyone to
look at me on stage and subconsciously
think “well, it’s all very well being
rich, but I don’t want to be FAT!”

pining a bit for Vasily. I've not heard
hide nor hair of him since a brief
message last week! Why do guys do that?

Never mind…onwards and virtually
upwards. One of the benefits of being 45
years young is perspective on stuff like
that.
