Got A Big Mailing List?
Partner With The Money Gym Club & Earn Passive Income
Fast!
If you have a big mailing list you can create some passive
income very quickly, and a product to sell / market with
afterwards - even if it’s currently held offline, I can tell
you quickly and cheaply how to convert it to an online email
mailing list.
Our new membership site pays £10 a month commission on
Silver members and £50 a month commission on Gold and Gold
Express members. This commission is good for the life of the member.
So if you introduced 100 x Silver members we would pay you
£1000 a month commission and 20 x Golds would pay £1000 a
month commission. A nice passive income I think you'll
agree!
Now that
The Money Gym Club site is launched and is full of great content,
with more being added every day, I'm looking for a FEW very
carefully picked strategic joint venture partners who fit the following
criteria:
1. You offer a great product or service yourself
2. You work with business people and those interested in
wealth creation or property investment for example
3. You have a large responsive list who you keep in
contact with regularly
I'm offering to do joint venture Wealth Creation or Internet
Marketing Webinars f*ree for your subscribers. Webinars have a high perceived value and
we can actually show people how to do things online - see a sample page
at
http://www.themoneygym.com/teleseminars
We can cover my core topic, "What’s Your One Burning
Question about Wealth Creation" or we could do something
along the Property Investment or Internet Marketing lines.
For example, I could actually show people how to set up a
simple Google adwords campaign or build an attractive
website in an hour, using software that most of them would
have on their computer.
Participants would register via a zero priced product link,
get the details of the Preview Page, ask their question in
advance, or they can ask questions during the call and then,
on the day, they can dial in (or listen online for f*ree). A
recording would be available afterwards for those who miss
it.
Our webinars are also podcast out via our Money Gym Club
listing on iTUNES and listed via our blog, and the podcast
directories. This will bring you - our strategic partner -
more traffic to your website.
We can totally customise the landing page to take on board
your logo and branding, again, see the example at
www.themoneygym.com/teleseminars
and we can invisibly embed your affiliate link in any of the
buttons/links so that if your people click through to our
site, at any time before, during or after the webinar and
join
TheMoneyGymClub.com,
you get the commission for as long as they remain a member!
Your subscribers will love you for offering them something for
f*ree, we will both benefit from extra traffic, I will reach
more people with our message of w*ealth creation and you will earn a passive income.
It's a WIN / WIN situation
To apply to become a special Joint Venture Money Gym Club
partner, subscribe for free
at
www.TheMoneyGymClub.com/subscribe
You will first be given your unique affiliate link by email when
you confirm your interest.
Next, to apply for this special JV partnership opportunity,
you will need to email me at Nicola@TheMoneyGym.com with:
-
the size of your list
-
how often you keep in contact with your list
-
what you usually send them
-
three days and times you can talk and your preferred number
-
I'll confirm one of the times back to you to discuss the
exciting possibilities.
I look forward to speaking with you soon! Nicola

This week we're in Lane #1 : Business
Take The Day Off.... Go Find Your Vision
by
Judith Morgan, Money Gym Partner
The
topic of having a business plan - or more importantly - a
vision for your business has been on my mind all week. They
are not necessarily the same thing, of course. Your vision
must come first, and from there you can start to create the
plan of how you are going to achieve it, and the monitoring
systems to keep you on track.
I was chatting just a moment ago to a young man who is
starting his own business and wants to do it right from the
outset. He says he has observed it done well and done badly
and he knows how he wants his own business to go.
The difficulty arises when we try to put things in action.
As a start-up I know he will find this a challenge. Not
because he is not able, because he is. No, its just that our
observer/critic is highly developed in us, but getting up
and doing it yourself is quite another thing.
And he's going to need a great team around him starting with
an inspiring business coach! I will encourage him to recruit
the best person for each role in his company, not form the
role around the personalities he might attract.
He has involved me informally in the discussions about his
new business and I have been very supportive and encouraging
because I know he has a good business idea, a lucrative
market, plenty of energy and the ability to work hard. He's
intelligent and a natural entrepreneur.
But most importantly of all, he has..

"Hi Nicola
I just wanted to let you know that I started
the Financial Intelligence Programme (an
ecourse which is now renamed to Wealth Tips
101 and forms part of Free Level of The
Money Gym), when I was renting a flat with 3
friends in North London.
I had meagre savings that weren’t doing very
much in a savings account and could never
have afforded to buy in London on my £18K
per year (salary).
Through what I learned, I now own 8 UK
properties, and part own (with some family
members) three properties in France, which
are rented out as self catering cottages
over the summer months and used off peak as
a HQ for extended family get-togethers."

What's A Razor Got To Do With Customers?
by 'Dangerous'
Debbie Jenkins, Money Gym Club Member
Recently
I talked about your directional pipeline and
how sometimes you'll be approached by
prospects who just don't fit with what you
want to achieve? We looked at the different
types of prospect - Desperate, Curious and
Inspired.
Well, now we're going to have a think
about what might happen if you realise you
have some of the desperate or curious people
as your clients. Oh, the shame!
One of the tools we use is called the
Brand Power Wheel - not got one of these?
Then read on and I'll tell you how to get
one in a moment.
The Brand Power Wheel really helps you to
identify what's important to you and the way
you work, so you can see whether prospects
(people who haven't bought yet) and clients
(those who have) fit with your values and
beliefs.
What we find is that...

A note from Nicola

Dear Friend
This week I’ve been focusing on talking
to and meeting up with potential
strategic partners for
TheMoneyGymClub.com (yes, they came to
Shoreham!!). If you have a big on- or
offline mailing list, you need to
talk to me now, as I have a great
win/win offer for you (see the promotion
box in this ezine)
I’m working on editing the next part of
the Live Webcast evening and I’ll post
it on the blog and the site as soon as
it’s ready. Slow old business, not least
because my lappie is groaning under the
programmes loaded onto it now! A new one
can’t be far off.
One
week to go to the annual Adur Festival
and my favourite part of it,
Beach Dreams - the excitement is
really mounting here on the Beach.
The marquee is up and busy selling tea
and lots of lovely homemade cake –
donated by local people and sold to go
to the fireworks fund. You practically
have an obligation to eat at least three
pieces of cake a day!!
On the Saturday night, we have all been
invited to a lovely party on
“millionaires row” (the other side of
the road where the houses have gardens
that actually back on to the beach…..

http://www.glaucus.org.uk/Coastal.htm
…..where the hostess has a pool in the
garden and a verra verra handsome 12
year old son apparently (this latter
fact is causing much bikini trying-on by
young girls in our house!).
Not by me!! Although I did buy a couple
of bikinis last week, in a flush of
excitement at being slimmer again,
however, the Judith Morgan inspired
catch phrase “I am enough, I have
enough” has now been extended to “I am
enough, I have enough, I am more than
enough”
What about
The Apprentice then? What was that
Katie up to? I had to watch it twice to
try and puzzle it out!! She got that far
and then apparently gave in because she
hadn’t organised her child care
properly. Or had she never planned to
take the job if offered, only going on
the show for the fame, as reported on
some websites? Whatever her plan, my
money’s on Kristina Grimes now.
Meanwhile, the First Apprentice winner
quits his job although Sir Alan – who
has offered to mentor Tim on an ongoing
basis - has called Campbell "a role
model for young people". The winner of
the first series of The Apprentice has
left the £100,000-a-year job he landed
after the show, working for Amstrad boss
Sir Alan Sugar. Sir Alan said former
London Underground manager
Tim Campbell, who was kept on after
the end of his original 12-month
contract, had been a "great asset".
Campbell is planning a male grooming
business and an initiative that will
give £1m a year to
entrepreneurs…Campbell is planning to
launch the Bright Ideas Trust, with the
aim of giving away £1m to 250 new
businesses every year. "I want the trust
to unleash a wave of creativity among
people in the UK," said Campbell. Last
year's winner of The Apprentice,
Michelle Dewberry, left Amstrad within
months while
Ruth Badger has her own gripping TV
show, “Badger or Bust”.
Socially, we had a rather splendid Greek
day on Sunday which occurred because
Steve accidentally ordered 6 bags of
limes rather than 6 limes (don’t ask!)
We marinated squid, griddled chicken on
the grill, fried halloumi cheese and
Steve created a marvellous greek salad,
all of which made me very homesick for
my favourite place on the planet so far,
Stoupa.
My brother Alex is contemplating coming
home from Sydney after about 20 years.
That’ll be interesting, for him, and
he’s most welcome! Bit handy with the
old computers and customer service my
brother! Watch this space for more news
of that….
