"I attended a conference held at
Milton Keynes on
Saturday 19th April
2008, and I was there as
a sponsor, 1 of just 3
men in the room
amongst 80 self
motivated women.

During the day
Nicola Cairncross
presented a one hour
slot on wealth
creation and the
"Four Lanes Of The
Wealth Highway".
Nicola
explained (in a
hurry, she only had
one hour to speak) the basics
of how the Wealth
Highway works.
I realised I was in
one lane and not
performing very well in
that either.
After
Nicola had finished
I spoke with her
briefly, gave her my
card and asked her
to get in touch as I
wanted to meet with
her to discuss how I
could perhaps sort
things out.

It was the
best thing that could
possibly have happened to
me.
For the first time ever, I
had someone pointing out all
the options open to me to

I could combine my talents,

I have had bids accepted on
two terraced houses and that
I really had a taste for the
whole thing, while XXXX (my
daughter) is raring to get

a landlord and am starting

"It just seemed to happen so
fast!

We were in an absolute mess.
Everything that could fail ...
was failing!
I
was crushed by debts, borrowing
huge amounts on credit cards to
keep my family business going 'until it
turned the corner', and fighting to
keep a roof over my family's
head. It was pretty desperate!
Around
the same time I was diagnosed with a
fatal illness, then had to mourn the
loss of much-loved parents in quick
succession. I then used my
inheritance to again shore up my
