Judith Morgan

Dissatisfied with the opportunities offered by employment, Judith became self-employed in 1977 aged 22 and only four years after leaving college. Without knowing it then, she was starting her first business, a firm of accountants, which she went on to sell twenty years later for a six figure sum.

She has worked for herself for 28 years, but despite practising as an accountant all that time, it has only been during the last three years that she has deliberately started to concentrate on wealth creation for herself and for her client

“Historically, business success has been accidental, but a lot of fun and learning. Without that experience, I would have a lot less to offer clients now."

Judith’s passion is – and always has been – helping others with the trials and tribulations of running their own business. Since discovering and reading The E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber, this work has taken a very different turn, liberating Judith from the daily grind of needing to make money, and empowering her to show others how to so the same. Judith travelled to California to study with the people at The E-Myth Headquarters in Santa Rosa.

Judith says:

“Plenty of money has passed through my hands and bank accounts over the years. Now I know how to hang onto it and make successful investments, and I love to share that knowledge with others to. I have always known how to make money, and lots of it, now I know how to make it work for me! Now I know that not everything has to be earned by lots and lots of hard work. This time around I only create businesses which make me money whether or not I turn up for work. This leaves me free to do the work I love – coaching. At last I can choose to live and work wherever and whenever I want.

I have been interested in personal development for ten years and looked after my health proactively via complementary therapies for nearly twenty years. I have run a stress management consultancy and a travel agency. I love to travel, and to create businesses around those things in which I am interested.

My personal coaching website is http://www.judithmorgan.com which is all about health, wealth and happiness.

My other coaching projects are http://www.drivedance.com which is all about taking entrepreneurs and turning them into business owners, http://www.thethreewisewomen.com  which is all about helping women prioritise their own health and wellbeing, and http://www.judithandclaire.com which follows Claire and I on our own journey to financial freedom.”

Judith owns a cleaning business with branches throughout London and now in Bristol too, and the company is planning further expansion throughout the UK.

After selling her accountancy business in 1997, Judith looked around long and hard for what she wanted to do next. Still loving to keep her hand in and help other SME’s with their financial management, she retains several part-time Finance Director roles for businesses where she considers she makes a unique personal contribution. “Generally these are for businesses or people I love.”

This search eventually brought Judith to coaching with a life-changing meeting with Thomas J. Leonard of CoachU and Coachville. She never looked back. She began training immediately with Coachville and Results Coaching Systems and has studied extensively in related fields, including NLP with Paul McKenna.

Her background in accounting for small businesses inevitably brings Judith into contact with lots of clients struggling with those challenges. As a former client of The Money Gym, she has learned that we all need to diversify, that business is only one way to make money and has re-kindled an interest in property and is developing her own Buy-To-Let portfolio. After a disastrous experience in the property market during the last crash, this was a major leap and learning for Judith.

Judith is equally interested in creating passive income via the internet, studying with David Cavanagh who she met at the UK World Internet Summit earlier in 2005.

Judith is single, and lives in the Docklands, overlooking the River Thames. Her hobbies include Extreme Self-Care, line dancing, swimming, singing, reading, writing and travelling. She is devoted to learning new stuff, especially in the area of personal development and wealth creation, for sharing with her clients.

Judith walks her talk, and says “I honour my own light first and illuminate the way for others. My intentions are to be financially free to live and work in the sun, to be fit, healthy and happy.”

Says Judith “before I enrolled as a client of Nicola’s with The Money Gym, I KNEW I would one day be teaching this stuff. And so it has come to pass. Now, as a coach, I know exactly how important that vision is, that certainty, and how to make all my actions congruent with my required outcome. Let me show you how to do the same.”
