Philippa
Richards, known as Philly, was commuting back and
forth to London, working silly hours with no time
for herself and was always tired and stressed.
(Sound familiar?) It was time to make a change in
her life and decided to break free from the rat race
over 1 ½ years ago.
Philly has
spent many years in the Hospitality
Industry, working as a chambermaid in Essex,
Bar Maid in the Australian Outback, Hotel
Manager in France and an Area Training & HR
Manager in 4* Hotel Group in West End,
London.
It was time to use her
knowledge, skills and love of the industry and put
into practice and head down the business lane of the
Wealth Creation Highway. Philly has set up a
Development Company where her vision is to uplift
the level of customer service within the Hospitality
Industry.

The Money Gym Programme gave Philly the foundations
and knowledge of how to leverage her money and is
now a property investor. She invested a small amount
of money and refurbished her flat. This raised
enough capital to invest in building a portfolio of
5 properties and secure her financial future.
Philly is a true motivator and has a passion for
helping others succeed their dreams and visions. She
coaches with great inspiration and encouragement and
gives her everything to all her clients to help them
